Worked on developing and maintaining websites across the Eviivo brand range. This included such sites as www.bookdirectrooms.com and www.toprooms.com and other accommodation booking websites. Along with using TortoiseSVN, tasks where allocated using Jira bug and issue tracker program in an Agile environment.
Developed a microsite for GlaxoSmithKline with XHTML, CSS and pre-written JQuery which was later to be put into Umbraco CMS. Webpages checked in and out with TortoiseSVN Version control. Cropped and optimised imagery with Photoshop
Developed email advertisements for Harrods department store using HTML, CSS and Photoshop. After coding and sign-off, Tabled structured HTML was loaded into SilverPop Engage and Litmus in which code was tested against various email clients.

As part of a development team worked on Standard Chartered Banks website (graduate section) and Diageo annual reports. Development tools used where Umbraco CMS.
Populated template pages that where created on Arcadias in-house CMS system. Created email Newsletters from PSD's for some of the Arcadia high street stores. These included Burtons, Wallis and Outfit. Cheetahmail was used for creating and uploading text and HTML versions of our emails and tested in Googlemail and Hotmail. Programs used: Basecamp, Websphere smartFTP, TortoiseSVN.
Worked on Regus international email campaign. Implemented various languages into template pages, including Asian and Arabic characters. Table structure used along with inline CSS.

Working within a Visual SourceSafe environment, My task was to developed from PSDs, email advertisement and promotions for such clients as American Express, and PoGo.co.uk. Emails tested across Lotus Notes, Outlook, Hotmail, Google, Yahoo and AOL. Also tested against all major browsers. Tables and inline styles used.

Using XHTML, CSS and Eclipse SVN. Populated template pages for Standard Chartered's year end financial statements. Along with Semantic mark-up, website was developed to support mainly IE6 browsers as well as IE7. Validated to XHTML strict Doc Type and W3C standards
Using CSS and XHTML (Strict), developed WebPages for Barclays Capital (www.barcap.com) website. Pages were validated to AA Accessibility using Total Validator. The WebPages where created in a modulated fashion, so that different section can be used throughout the site (ex: right side advertising sections). Common templates where identified and used throughout the site (ex 2 or 3 column centre sections etc).
Working within an investment banking environment, I was part of a team developing a new portal intranet site for Barclays Wealth Management. Core responsibilities was to create and edited Pages within the RedDot Content Management System (CMS). Working within RedDot’s SmartTree, I would create working pages from foundation page templates. Then working within SmartEdit, my role as Content Editor was to populate pages with signed of content from MS.doc files. Skills XHTML and CSS.

Creating rotating static banners and graphics after the initial sites where created was one of my major roles with online.tv .Along with Photoshop, I worked with Illustrator and Flash (animated banners) Technical aspects of this position included validating forms with JavaScript, Using CSS wherever possible along with HTML. Developing the online.tv websites I worked with HTML (hand-coding and with Dreamweaver UltraDev).
